Informed participation

Before the session, tell the person that the Astromancy page sends its movement and selections to a paired display used during the performance.

  • Do not describe the system as certain mind reading
  • Allow the participant to decline
  • Collect only information necessary for the reading

Technical boundaries

The system provides no access to the camera, microphone, messages, other tabs, or browsing outside Astromancy.

  • Do not attempt to defeat these boundaries
  • Keep practitioner links private
  • End the session to erase the active reading state

Appropriate context

Use the service for mentalism, symbolic education, or entertainment with adults capable of participating knowingly.

  • No covert surveillance
  • No coercive or discriminatory use
  • Follow the laws and venue rules that apply

No high-stakes decisions

Readings are symbolic. They must not direct medical, legal, financial, safety, or wagering decisions.

  • Never guarantee an outcome
  • Present historical probability as context, not certainty
  • Refer the person to a qualified professional when needed
